If you are seripus about making revenue, then you need an active and engaged audience. The funnel allows you to build your audience and attract your ideal clients to your business. The focus should be on the quality of your active and engaged audience and not on the quantity of your audience. Your funnel, through the content you share, should attract those people who need and want your offering and are excited to build a relationship with your brand. This is just one of the main reasons you need a sales funnel.
Tied into growing an active and engaged audience is building trust with your audience. People buy from those they trust. You build trust through your sales funnel by intentionally and purposefully sharing information that will inspire, motivate, educate and entertain your audience. Building trust does not happen overnight. But with a consistent content strategy tied into your sales strategy, that trust can be developed much faster.
Building trust means that not only will they buy from you, but they will also become your biggest cheerleaders. They will recommend your offering to others. And they will continue to buy from you over and over again for an extended period.
3. You need a sales funnel to build brand authority in your niche
You want to be known as the brand authority in your niche. Because most entrepreneurs are operating in a crowded market and have to determine what differentiates your brand from your competitors. A sales funnel that actively outlines, specifies, and shows the differentiation between your brand and others doing the same or similar is the beauty of a sales funnel.
