Content is the lifeblood of any business. Whether brick and mortar or an online business, you need to become versed in having ‘conversations’ with your audience daily. Your content is what leads to daily sales because your content is how you build a relationship with your audience so they know, like, and trust you. There are many ways to create content to get daily sales, but today we are going to cover 5 ways specifically that get you exactly what you want.
1.Create content that inspires, motivates, and educates
Your content must have a purpose. And while you want to make daily sales, you also want to evoke some emotion from your audience. Because people buy based on how you make them feel when you interact with them. Your content should elicit an emotion that is going to drive them to the sale and this means that every time you decide to post on social, share a video, write a blog, do an interview, you need to decide if you are going to inspire, motivate or educate your audience.
If you put out any information that can make your audience excited; stop to think about an answer; get an aha moment; feel to jump out their seats…. Then you are so much closer to getting a Yes from them.
2. Share content that SHOWS not TELL your audience about your solution
This is one of the best things you can do for your audience. SHOW them how your solution works. Do not just tell them how awesome you think you are!! Unfortunately, everyone may not agree. But if you create content that SHOWS your audience how your solution can make their lives better, then when you direct them to buy, it is easier for them to say yes because they have seen the proof!
Showing your audience is by extension how you educate them about yourself, your brand, and your solution. And remember, they are bombarded by thousands if not millions of people selling the same thing every day. A great way, for your brand to stand apart and for you to get daily sales is by Showing them why you are great!
3. Mix up the type of content you share
Your audience consumes information in different ways. Some people love to read long-form content. Some people love to take part in competitions and riddles and polls. Some people love to view videos every day (hence the popularity of YouTube!- by the way, check out my channel). And some people love to watch pictures and memes all day. Because you are serving such a diverse mix of people, it stands to reason that your content should be diverse as well.
This can include: • Long-form content • Videos • Blogs/Articles • Pictures/memes • Conversational pieces/Questions
4. Give your audience specific instructions
Sometimes you could have the perfect product or service and still get no sales. One piece of your content could be missing. And that piece could be your call to action!! Especially if you are sharing a direct sales related message. You always want to give your audience specific instructions so they are never at a loss as to how to buy from you. Many entrepreneurs feel that once somebody reads or hears a great piece of content, they automatically will know what to do. This is furthest from the truth! Tell them to: • Call me • Email me • Send me a DM • Text/Whatsapp me • Click the link • Leave a comment • Tag somebody • Raise your hand/Drop an emoji
This also escalates your engagement once they comply!!!! Which is great for your visibility. Nothing works in isolation. So, do not be afraid to tell your audience exactly what you want them to do for you today.
5. Speak in the language of your audience
Speak to your audience, not TO your audience. What does this mean? Well, it simply means that you want to use the words and phrases that your audience uses when they are describing the challenges they face. This is how you build a rapport and that know, like, and trust that is so very important in building a relationship with your audience.
You ever noticed that when you start to spend more time with a specific person, you start to sound like them and use the same gestures. That simple feat creates a bond between you and the person. It is the same psychological concept of selling to your audience. Using keywords and phrases they consistently use to describe how they feel, think and envision the world when sharing your content is how you get closer to daily sales. You want to build a community of like-minded people who you can serve. Content creation is not meant to be hard and sometimes it is quite easy to overthink the process. This can lead to feelings of overwhelm and burn out. Great content is all around you and with a few simple techniques, you can start to develop compelling content that will build you a group of raving fans that will help lead you to daily sales!

Your business needs an active and engaged audience for it to grow and for you to make consistent money. But it is not always easy finding this audience. And many people start a business, create a page on social media platforms, start a website, send an invite to their whole friends' list, and still make no money. Why? Because those people were not their ideal clients!
Every day more businesses are popping up and it is getting even more competitive to get in front of your ideal clients. It is no longer about who has the biggest budget or who has the loudest voice or even the most creative. Going into 2021, it is all about engagement.
Excellent tips and ways. I do try my very best to do all five, especially leaving a call to action at the end of each article. Thank you.
