We all want sales every day and even though you may be following all the rules set out by the gurus, no one is buying. This leads to frustration, confusion, and even procrastination. Let me outline 3 reasons no one is buying. This list is not exhaustive obviously but it is 3 things you need to consider and they are easy to adjust in the short term
1. Your message/value is not clear to your audience
So, if your audience visits your social media pages or your website, there must be cohesion and alignment. But sometimes we get carried away with posting that we forget the goal of using our social media and clutter our feeds with cute kitten videos and motivational memes and pictures.
Nothing is wrong with entertaining your audience. But it is a business you are running (unless you are a comedian!). And as such, your content and your message have to be clear to your audience. At a glance, they are supposed to know who you are speaking for and how you can solve their challenge. They should not have to scroll thru your whole feed to make this determination. Your uniqueness as a business should stand out. How you serve and who you serve should stand out. How they can buy from you should stand out.
2. Your audience does not trust you
This is a big reason no one is buying. You need to build know, like, and trust with your audience for them to become loyal customers. Loyalty works both ways. So, if you are in the habit of showing up inconsistently and not engaging with them directly, then they will not buy from you. Running a business is a full-time task. It means you have to have a plan and strategy to be consistent and build relationships with your audience. People buy from those they trust. They buy from persons who have shown them that they care and they want to help them.
Your role as an entrepreneur is to build that trust with the consistent and valuable content that you share on your social media, videos, blogs, or emails. Your consistency or lack thereof can make or break your business.
Many times, I have seen people start businesses, without fully understanding the challenges of their audience. They may have a basic understanding of their struggles, but they have not identified exactly how their audience wants their struggle to be fixed.
Being fully intuned with your audiences’ needs and wants is how you get them to buy from you daily consistently. Your solution may be great but how you offer the solution may be off. You have to determine, how do they want this thing served to them.
Are your audience readers?
Does your audience prefer videos?
Do they prefer a done for you service or a done with you service?
How do they want your offering delivered to them?
Making this determination can result in more sales in your business.

One of the challenges many of my clients face is creating content consistently that sells. You see, this is something that is not taught in school and when most people start a business, they focus on building a pretty website, have a splashy call card and then maybe creating a flier that they hope will lure people to their business.
Facebook changes its algorithms often and that is one of the main reasons, people have been saying it is dead. Sometimes it seems difficult to keep up with all the changes floating around. But it is definitely not dead! If you are using Facebook as one of your main social media platforms to stay connected to your audience, then consider these 5 things.
Like everybody else there are times when I fall into a funk. When I don’t feel motivated to get up and do what I know needs to get done. We have all been through these spells and trust me when I tell you it is very very natural.
